Maddie is quite talented and has provided her own biography:

"I hope you enjoy the photos on my web page. I have a great life in La Quinta, California.  It is a long way from my birthplace in Ohio, but I love the sunshine and that I can play outside everyday.  My training has been extensive and I am now a therapy dog for my parent.  He has a hearing loss and so now I am his ears.  We take walks and play and take the golf cart over to our community puppy parks. It is the social scene for pets and parents. My parents have made numerous friends and take part in all the 'parent' activities.  Since I am a Sealy, I have no reference to size, so one of my best buds is a sheepdog.  We run and roll and use up a lot of energy."

"It is still important that I obey by knowing about 'Stay', 'Down', 'Leave it', and 'Go to'; these I all learned in all those courses getting to earning my AKC Canine Good Citizen. I travel with my parents and my CGC allows me to be in hotels and restaurants, but I must behave at all times."

"My parents are members of the American Sealyham Terrier Club and I am the spokesperson and model for the leash and collar sales. We designed our own with a leaping, playful Sealy like me. Here is my photo that appears in the ASTC's newsletter, 'The BARKS'.  (Please, join the CLUB!)

I was in a photo shoot for a commercial about our community.  It was a very long photo shoot at two hours, but I stayed with it (for the treats). Maybe modeling and acting is in my blood, with my mother being an actress."
