Mary Poppins (CH Afterglow’s the Ringleader FCAT FITB3) is practically perfect in every way – just like her namesake. Poppins currently calls Indianapolis home where she lives with her mom, Beth, and dad, Tony. From the day we brought her home, she has been a very sassy head up / tail up girl following Beth, her mom, everywhere she goes, but is also happy to snuggle the evening away. While she shows nicely in the confirmation ring for her Beth, her real love is chasing the FastCAT lure. In 2022, she was ranked as the #2 Sealyham Terrier with her 3-run average at 17.80MPH which earned her an invitation to the Fast CAT Invitational in Orlando, FL.

Being a true Sealyham Terrier or should we say Sillyham Terrier, she has a focus on fun beyond measure. She keeps us laughing with her determination to drink ice-cold water from our Yeti cups, chewing up sticks, climbing up and under things like a little billy goat, and swimming in her water bowl. One day, she is surely going to catch that squirrel before it makes it safely up the tree.

Her home circus includes two older sisters (Bonnie & Rhubarb) that she has been keeping on their toes since day one. Especially Rhubarb, who for some reason enjoys it when Poppins chews on her ears for hours. Her two younger sisters - the naughty Scotties Beatrix (Afterglow’s Little Crumpet of Hill Top) and Maizie (Afterglow’s Pecan Praline) - provide Poppins with plausible deniability on the mayhem aftermath. Equipped with the sweetest personality, the only thing you could do to anger her is call her a Westie - please never do that!
