Sofie is the clown in the house, likes to get into anything and everything. She is a great counter surfer- jumps and looks like a periscope - Sofie has taught her mom to make sure anything left on the counter must be at least 6 inches away from the edge. Being cute often saves her.

Sofie loves a job, she has thrived in obedience. May 2016 she entered her first obedience show earning two legs in Beginner Obedience towards her title and then earned her Novice Rally (RN) title in 3 days. She earned her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) at 9 months. Sofie is doing well in agility she has earned her Novice Agility Title (NA), Open Agility Jumpers (OAJ) title, Advanced Rally (RA) and Trick Dog Novice (TKN).

She has also earned "High in Trial" (HIT) award that clubs present this award for the dog that receives the highest score of the day in obedience, equivalent to Best in Show (Obedience).

Sofie received this pewter plaque from The American Sealyham Terrier Club for 2016 for receiving the most points in obedience for ALL Sealyhams for the year.  

As the security guard of the house, everyone is always aware if something may be going on, leaves falling off the tree, someone walking out on the trail that cannot be seen, Sofie lets everyone know - woof! Oh yes, Sofie prefers mud and dirt often looking more gray than white.
